I have been using this prenatal since i was 12 weeks pregnant. My dd is now 10 months old and i still take it (nursing mother).

Causes horrible stomach pains and constipation
I had to stop taking these vitamins because I would run to the bathroom in the middle of the night with severe stomach pains. It also caused pretty bad constipation.

as the name indicates, you take only one huge tablet a day. it does have strong smell and leaves after taste if you hold it a little in your mouth.
